All product prices include postage & packaging. If an order is placed before 10am (mon-fri) we guarantee same day delivery within a 5 km radius from Colombo city limits. Next day service is offered to out-station orders. Orders placed during the weekend are not filled until Monday.

COD service is only offered to deliveries within a 5 km radius from Colombo city limits. You will have option of selecting COD from the payment confirmation screen.

Please note that the law prohibits the return of certain items once they have been worn. We strictly adhere to this law. Therefore, all sales on items that are worn are final. Once open item can not be returned. Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund. Opened items cannot be returned unless defective then we will exchange for same item. We do not accept returns on lingerie products for obvious reasons including serious Health & Sanitation Issues.

NO DAMAGE of ANY kind will be accepted - such as shopworn, sun-fading, smoke smell, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, etc. all original tags, bags, display boxes etc. must be returned as new.

Any returns must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Midnightdivase only accepts returns if there is a defect due to the manufacturing process. Once we receive your returned item, we will typically process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
